We're passionate about helping our customers remove technical barriers that stop them from growing. These technical barriers can be challenges like not having the accurate insights that our customers need to make important decisions, solutions that cost too much, processes that to take too long and waste time (and therefore money) or solutions that actually don't do what the company needs and are not fit for purpose. The way we help our customers is by enabling them to do more with their technical solutions and to get the valuable information out of their data that they need to make better decisions, so that they can focus on what they do best - growing their business. Put simply, sometimes our data can be a goldmine of information that could make a huge difference for our business. We help our customers to find this gold.
Our focus as company is to deliver something that’s of value to our customers. There are so many companies out there that are seen as expensive and that don’t deliver. We don’t want to be seen in that light. We always want to be seen as adding value to delivering what our customer’s are trying to achieve.
The key values that we always strive for are that we deliver.
01. On Time.
We do what it takes to be on time. Punctuality is important to us. It's often said that time is money and in most cases on projects this is so true.
02. Within budget.
There’s nothing worse than being shocked at the cost of something when it’s too late to say no and we're committed. We’re very transparent with our costs up front and always work to a budget.
03. Within expectations.
The one thing that’s worse than being shocked at the cost of something and it's being disappointed because you thought you were getting a Lamborghini, but actually you got a Peugeot 107 (not that a Peugeot 107 isn't a fabulous car!). We’re very clear on what you’ll receive so there’s no shocks. Delivering a solution that’s fit for purpose is very important to us.
“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.”
Like technology, the types of data, how we collect data and how we use data has evolved at a rapid pace over the last 15 years. Leopard was founded in 2003, which is about the start of this snowball of activity and innovation around data.
Our senior team have spent most of their careers working in the data, Analytics, Business Intelligence and now Big Data industries and Leopard has evolved with the data industry.
We've partnered with some of the world leaders in the industry, such as Yellowfin. We've grown our team to offer then end to end solution to challenges that company face with data. We were founded in England, but now have offices in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Abingdon, England & Cape Town, South Africa.
Finally, as the volume (amount of data) and velocity (speed at which data is created) of data increases every year, our observation is that the trust in this data decreases, so we've put special care to how to maintain and increase trust in your data and to use it to your full advantage. Our team is very aware of this and this has often set us apart from our competition.
